Pardon the sudden question, but I was wondering, does anyone know a way for Command Seals to be transferred in some way? If you don't mind, I'd like to know.

That's my desire, yes. I understand her unwillingness to leave. I was thinking that, perhaps, there might be a way to give this person she swore to protect the Command Seals instead. It's mostly theory at the moment--I also admit that Saber-san wouldn't take kindly to such action. So, for now, it's just collecting information.

The person she has sworn to protect is wife to the person who holds her command seals. I do not know if she would agree to such a measure.

As such, information is the most important thing. Once we have enough we can construct a plan.

Saber will certainly not consent. This will have to be done without her knowledge, even if she were to be informed that there is a likelihood of this plan being implemented. Either that, or she must be restrained.

There is a possibility that this plan will take a long time to formulate.

And, yes. It won't be done quickly, unfortunately. Such things tend to take a while to plan.

Command Spells are given out by the Grail at the beginning of the war. Mediators in this war receive the command spells that went unused during the previous one. Therefore, the most common and likely way to receive new command spells is through the Grail, one way or the other. If a Master loses all their spells, there is a high probability the Grail will re-select them, and thus give them three new spells. If a Master completes a task given by the mediator, it is very likely they wil be offered command spells in exchange for completion.

Admittedly, this is likely not the method you have in mind. To transfer spells between people, either the mediator or the Master must make a contract, and thus entrust their spells to someone else.

Hopefully, the planning will take longer than the implementation. We do not know much, but Saber's Master is a cunning strategist, at the very least. I know nothing of his powers, but he could summon a Servant such as Saber. He is certainly no weakling.

Someone will need to distract Saber. Another will attack her Master and subdue him non-fatally. Yet another must be on-hand to remove the command seals.

So, it's possible for a Master to transfer their spells to another person but it takes a contract. That leaves the possibility that this Master can be tricked somehow, into making the contract.

Yes, that's a possibility. Theoretically, so long as the Servant agrees to the new contract with the new Master, it doesn't much matter how this contract was reached.
