Pardon the sudden question, but I was wondering, does anyone know a way for Command Seals to be transferred in some way? If you don't mind, I'd like to know.

I can help you, but everyone's got to be a willing participant or at least holding still or the magic's going to go everywhere. Even someone as skilled as I can't do a transfer if I'm not in close range and everyone's staying put.
